I have over a decade experience in Software QA and Testing, successfully delivered 7 commercial products in both IVD and RUO. It is my passion to ensure the product meets high quality standards and meanwhile address customer pain points for business value. While I advocate for automation test for efficiency, I do not underestimate the value human QA experts bring. The QA rock star do both. I believe great QA not just catch bugs in the end, they should identify risk in the beginning of product development life cycle. I am also a process avid, promoting agile and scrum methodology, and effective documentation practice in a short and crisp manner. It should never be QA’s honor to show off the bugs they found to embarrass the developers. We work as a team for software quality. The trust and collaboration is key.
